black pine lake

This alpine lake sits at 3900 feet and is a favorite of locals to escape to on hot day. This option would be great for folks to do on Friday or Sunday on their way home if they coming from or heading to somewhere east of Winthrop.

There are no boat rentals here so you'll need to bring your own.

The lake is about a 30 minute drive southwest of the Town of Twisp. Click here for driving directions

Pearrygin Lake

This lake is not as quiet and peaceful as the two listed above and here motor boats are allowed but if you're looking for another option that's not too far out of the way Pearrygin is pretty cool.

And kayaks, paddle boards, row boats and peddle boats are available to rent right on the lake for $15-20/hr at Silverline Resort
